REGISTRATION INFORMATION

EVENT DETAILS

Event date: February 3, 2024

Start time: 7:30a

Distances: Short course (8.3 miles)

                   Long course (13.5 miles)

Cut offs: 10:30a at the Bacon Station, 12:30p at Zindel (subject to change based on weather and trail conditions)

Venue: Restless Oaks Restaurant (outside pavilion)

Packet pick up: Starting at 6:00a on race day. We generally have a night-before option as well, although those details have not yet been confirmed.

Cost: $85

Participant cap: 350 total

  • Short course: 75 participants

  • Long course: 225 participants

Due to the way RunSignUp does things, we have to designate a certain number of slots for each distance. If the distance you want is full and there are available slots for the other distance, sign up for the open slot and we will manually move you to the correct distance after registration closes. Just email thefrozensnot@gmail.com if this is the case. 

WAIT LIST

Our event sells out very fast (in 22 minutes last year). Once we reach 350 runners, wait lists for both distances will open.

  • You will not be charged for adding your name to the wait list.

  • As runners withdraw from the event, those on the wait list will be given an opportunity to register based on their position on the wait list.

  • You will be notified via email if you are selected and have 48 hours to register once the email is sent.

  • You can view your position on the wait list via your profile on RunSignUp. If you are at the top of the waitlist, we recommend that you keep an eye on your inbox. If the invitation is not accepted after 48 hours, it will automatically move on to the next person on the wait list and you will lose your spot. 

  • If you are invited off the waitlist after December 31, 2023, we cannot guarantee the availability of swag; however, we will do our best to ensure that each participant receives something.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Participants who are no longer able to attend the event are eligible to receive a 75% refund minus processing fees until 7/31/23, a 50% refund until 10/31/23, and a 25% refund until January 31, 2024. Participants can request a refund through RunSignUp. Race registrations are not transferable to other participants or eligible to be deferred to future races. 

Your registration fee includes a race bib, a start and finish line, professional timing with results posted online, and a marked course. Your registration fee does not include swag. If you request a refund, you will not receive swag.

If you are removed from the event or disqualified due to violating race rules, you will not receive a refund for your registration fees.
