LIBATIONS

We’ll have breakfast items available before the race, and food and refreshments waiting for you at the finish.

We do offer a variety of options to accommodate different dietary needs (vegan, vegetarian, keto, paleo, etc.). However:all food is first come, first served. We cannot guarantee quantities. If you have specific dietary needs, we strongly encourage you to bring your own fuel just to be safe.

We genuinely do our best to make sure that everyone — including the back-of-the-pack legends — has food available. But weather, pace spread, and unpredictable runner appetites can all affect what runs out when. We plan carefully, we adjust every year, and most of the time we nail it — but please pack backup snacks if you have preferences or needs.

ZINDEL AID STATION

Endless appreciation to Steve Stevenson and the Leadership Clinton County Alumni team at Zindel Aid Station!

They make this race possible, magical, and slightly less emotionally devastating.

THE BACON STATION

Ah yes. The Bacon Station.

Picture this:

You’ve just survived Gut Check.

Your legs are noodles. Your soul has questions.

You’re four and a half miles in, and somehow it feels like 400.

Then suddenly — you smell bacon.

Not a hallucination.

Not an angel.

The Bacon Station.

A glorious, chaotic, spiritually restorative oasis dedicated to bacon, sausage, and whatever glorious nonsense Mike Haffley, Scott Lippy, and their crew have decided to bless you with that year.

You will want to stay.

You will consider setting up a new life there.

Do not.

Because what comes next is The Avenue and she does not care about your feelings.

Important note:

The Bacon Station is not a full-service aid station.

It is a joy-based side quest.

Do not expect gels, fruit, broth, electrolyte buffets, or gourmet offerings.

Do not complain about what is or isn’t there.

If you complain at The Bacon Station, a tree will whisper your name to The Beast.

Massive thanks to the Bacon Station crew!

They bring the magic, the salt, the laughter, and the emotional support meat.

May their tongs stay ever warm.
